Note: Centers seeking accreditation or certification should choose a Center Membership vs. Individual Membership.

Clinic Membership types will choose one of the following:

Pre-opening: $350
1-2 Clinic: $350
3-4 Clinic: $650
5-10 Clinic: $875
11-25 Clinic: $1,375
26-50 Clinic: $2,375
51-100 Clinic: $4,875
101 + Clinic: $5,975

Individual member types will choose one of the following memberships:

Non-Physician  ($195)
Any individual working in or interested in learning more about urgent care

Physician ($225)

Joint membership with UCAOA and UCCOP (Urgent Care College of Physicians)

Student/Resident ($75)
Any individual enrolled in any educational setting (residency program, MBA, nursing program, etc.)

Guests - Choose non-member individual
Non-members can create a login to track purchasing history (store orders and event  registrations). A Non-member login is required to receive Continuing Medical Education (1 AMA PRA Category 1 credit).

Vendor Member - $750 (please contact if you are a Corporate Support Partner)
Vendor Non-member - Choose Vendor to be added to vendor mailing list.
