Faculty Bio:

Dr. Marty Martin, a licensed clinical health psychologist and former HR executive at organizations like The Johns Hopkins Health System and Tulane Hospital & Clinics, has nearly 20 years of front-line experience working with executives, managers, clinicians, and entrepreneurs leverage the talent of organizations to deliver high quality, safe and profitable health care.

In his current role as Director and Associate Professor at DePaul University, Marty continues to design and deliver high-impact, engaging courses and seminars for health care leaders and clinicians seeking to create and sustain a competitive advantage by leveraging the talent of their organizations.
