  • Identify the 5 most commonly abused drugs in the US
  • Explain the limitations of drug testing
  • Name at least 3 ways donors attempt to alter their drug tests
  • Define common terms used in drug testing results
  • Describe the function of the Medical Review Officer (MRO)

Faculty Bio:

William Gluckman, DO, MBA, FACEP

William Gluckman is the owner of FastER Urgent Care in Morris Plains, NJ. He is residency trained and board certified in Emergency Medicine from Jacobi Medical Center, Bronx, NY and has served as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School, Newark, NJ and as a core teaching faculty member for the division of Emergency Medicine from 2004-2007. He received his MBA in Marketing from Rutgers University School of Business. Dr. Gluckman is the Medical Director and Medical Team Manager of New Jersey's Urban Search and Rescue Team, NJ-TF1. He received the NJ Chapter of ACEP Educator of the year award in 2006. Dr. Gluckman lectures regionally and nationally on a variety of urgent care medicine topics, serves as the clinical content director for UCAOA, and the President of the Urgent Care College of Physicians, as well as serving on the editorial board of the Journal of Urgent Care Medicine.
