Course Description:

This session is designed to help educate future urgent care owners about how their overall marketing plan should look for their center. Examples of what has been successful for other urgent cares and what has helped drive visits to increase patient volume steadily are also reviewed.

Learning Objectives: 

  • Create a 30-60-90 plan for their new urgent care center
  • Identify what type of marketing an urgent care center needs to be successful
  • Identify which marketing printed materials are needed for their center.
  • Assess which order promo items and which items are the most popular.
  • Describe what needs to be in place prior to opening and ways to promote their business in the first months including open house, signage and how to implement referral programs.

Director of Marketing for ZipClinic Urgent Care, have also done marketing for Nextcare Urgent Care and Carolina Quick Care. Six years of Urgent Care marketing experience and longer in healthcare.
