Megan Fontenot, Director of Operations, UC Health Integrity Urgent Care, Colorado Springs, CO, received her Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs, and began her healthcare administration career in family practice. After spending 10 years in family practice administration, she joined Integrity Urgent Care six months after their first location opened in 2008. Megan is dedicated to ensuring patient safety within the urgent care setting; passionately focusing on designing workflows and policies to support her team and building a culture that fosters safety and a commitment to high-quality patient care. Her focus and attention to the organization’s culture and employee engagement allows for Integrity Urgent Care’s mission to be carried out on a daily basis.
