About This Webinar:

According to the latest Gallup poll, 50.8% of U.S. workers are not engaged in their jobs and another 17.2% are actively disengaged. Organizations that embrace employee engagement strategies tend to have happier, more satisfied employees because staff talents, strengths, and unique perspectives are utilized and appreciated. Join presenter Megan Fontenot to learn how your urgent care center can cultivate and maintain employee engagement programs that attract and retain the best talent.
